Sweden

In 2008, the World Health Organization adopted a Sweden-backed global alcohol resolution at its annual World Health Assembly. The strategy will include ways to reduce the harmful effects of alcohol through such measures as anti-drinking campaigns and an examination of the marketing of alcohol, licensing regulations, and pricing.
In 2007, the Swedish Brewers Association recommended to its members to put text on beer with an alcohol percentage more than 2.25% to highlight that consumption of alcoholic beverages ‘may be inappropriate under certain conditions.’
